Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the global MES strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee MES projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, implement, and optimize MES solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage system integrations and ensure data flow between MES and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in System Analysis, specifically within the Manufacturing domain.
- Strong knowledge of MES architectures and industry standards.
- Proven experience in project management and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies such as SQL, Java, C#, and enterprise databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving business value through technology.
