- Lead end-to-end technology execution projects collaborating with external foundries and global cross-functional teams
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate technical dependencies between hardware, software, and manufacturing teams across multiple locations
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables while ensuring alignment with quality standards and business objectives
- Facilitate communication between technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools
- Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations with external partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of technical project management experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
- Proven expertise collaborating with external foundries and managing global cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology lifecycles
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies in technical environments
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic business objectives
