- Develop and execute strategic plans for educational excellence and institutional growth
- Foster a culture of mentoring, coaching, and continuous professional development
- Lead staff recruitment, training, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with MOE regulations and maintain high educational standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships including parents, community partners, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee centre operations, budget management, and resource allocation
- Drive curriculum innovation and implementation of best teaching practices
- Monitor and enhance student welfare, safety, and holistic development programs
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership (preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in education management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in developing mentoring/coaching programs for educators
- Strong understanding of Singapore's educational framework and MOE guidelines
- Excellent strategic planning, budget management, and operational oversight skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in educational leadership or administration (advantageous)
- Track record of improving educational outcomes and institutional performance
