Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in cutter plotters, heat presses, mug presses, and office printers
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Install and configure new printing hardware and software systems
- Train staff on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Document service logs, maintenance schedules, and repair reports
- Order and manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies
- Collaborate with team to implement efficiency improvements in printing workflows
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in electronics, mechanics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience repairing printing/cutting equipment
- Proficiency with cutter plotters, heat presses, mug presses, and office printers
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
