MicroSourcing is seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join our onsite operations team in Eastwood, Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our printing infrastructure, ensuring that high-volume output devices perform at peak efficiency to support our diverse business functions.
As a Printer Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of enterprise-grade printing equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all company printers, copiers, and multifunction devices (MFDs).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage inventory of consumables, including toners, drums, and paper supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for complex parts replacement or manufacturer-level warranty repairs.
- Configure network settings and driver installations for seamless printing integration across the local area network.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical reports regarding repairs and maintenance history.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for basic printer operations and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in technical support, specifically focusing on printer/copier maintenance or office equipment repair.
- Strong knowledge of printer networking protocols (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, and handle physical tasks associated with hardware maintenance.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in Electronics, IT, or related fields is highly preferred.
