Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end printing operations including pre-press, press, and post-press processes
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols for printed materials
- Lead technical teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production workflows
- Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for printing machinery and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in printing process management
- Strong knowledge of offset/digital printing technologies and substrates
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced proficiency in printing management software (e.g., MIS systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze production data
