Tanggung Jawab
- Process and review prior authorization requests efficiently and accurately within specified deadlines
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits for medical services and procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve authorization issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Communicate authorization decisions clearly and professionally to all stakeholders
- Meet productivity and quality targets while handling multiple cases simultaneously
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors and provide appropriate solutions
Kualifikasi
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process complex information accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and medical billing processes is a plus
- Experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- High school graduate or above; college degree is an advantage
