Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with an assigned portfolio of priority banking clients.
- Provide personalized financial advice and investment solutions tailored to meet individual wealth management objectives.
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products, including mortgages, insurance, and investment portfolios.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client queries efficiently to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and economic developments to provide informed insights to clients.
- Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
- Organize and host client events to build engagement and network within the high-net-worth segment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or priority banking.
- Possess relevant financial certifications (e.g., PCE, TBE, or equivalent wealth management licenses).
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin/Dialects is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment instruments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
