Are you a seasoned privacy professional with a passion for technical architecture and data governance? Lexmark International is seeking a Privacy Program Analyst – Technical Leader to spearhead our global privacy initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between legal requirements and technical execution, ensuring our global systems align with international data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
As our technical lead, you will influence the design and implementation of privacy-by-design frameworks across our global infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and Product Development, to identify risks and implement robust remediation strategies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the privacy landscape of a global technology leader from our Cebu City hub in a high-impact, hybrid work environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of technical privacy frameworks and data protection controls across global enterprise systems.
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new products and system migrations.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to enforce 'Privacy by Design' methodologies in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage data mapping, inventory, and lifecycle processes to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for privacy-related audits and incident response strategies.
- Monitor evolving global privacy regulations and translate them into actionable technical configurations.
- Provide expert guidance to engineering teams on data minimization, encryption, and anonymization techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or a related field; CIPP or CIPM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or IT compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other international data privacy regulations.
- Proven ability to translate legal/regulatory requirements into technical specifications and system controls.
- Technical proficiency in data architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with privacy management software (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc) is a significant advantage.
