In this critical role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our legal, compliance, and engineering departments, ensuring that our technical infrastructure aligns seamlessly with global privacy standards.
You will play a pivotal role in implementing privacy-by-design principles, managing data mapping initiatives, and conducting technical impact assessments. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new and existing systems.
- Lead data mapping and inventory efforts to ensure comprehensive visibility into the data lifecycle.
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate privacy-by-design features into the development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Monitor and troubleshoot privacy-related technical issues, providing support during audits and assessments.
- Manage data subject access request (DSAR) automation processes and technical workflows.
- Document technical privacy controls and maintain updated data privacy policy documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in privacy analysis, IT compliance, or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012, GDPR, or CCPA).
- Proficiency in data management tools and privacy engineering frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPT, or related technical privacy credentials are a plus.
