Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, create, and execute diverse menus tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients while managing inventory and food costs effectively.
  • Maintain a spotless, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate meal preparation schedules to ensure timely service.
  • Stay updated with current culinary trends and techniques to offer innovative dining experiences.
  • Supervise kitchen operations and assist in plating and food presentation.
  • Communicate effectively with household staff to ensure seamless service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or high-end Sous Chef.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and local cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and specific dietary needs (e.g., keto, vegan, allergen-free).
  • Professional culinary certification or degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
