Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fund management processes including investor reporting, cash management, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to ensure alignment with investment objectives and risk parameters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Implement and maintain robust compliance frameworks for private credit fund operations
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes regarding fund investments and allocations
- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices in fund management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund management, private credit, or related financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and multiple stakeholder relationships
- Experience with fund accounting software and financial management systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are highly desirable
