Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end production of quarterly and annual client reports, including capital account statements and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal investment teams to validate data integrity and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Manage client-specific reporting requirements, ensuring all deliverables meet strict quality and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting templates to streamline operational workflows and enhance automation.
- Serve as the point of contact for complex client inquiries regarding investment valuations and fund performance.
- Monitor and manage the reporting calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
- Participate in periodic audits and provide necessary documentation to support internal and external review processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, private equity, or institutional client reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of Private Equity fund structures, waterfalls, and capital call mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with investor portals and CRM systems is highly preferred.
