As a key leader within the operations division, you will take full ownership of the investor and fund reporting lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of private equity funds. You will manage the preparation of complex financial statements, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and drive the timely delivery of critical information to Limited Partners and senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for a diverse portfolio of private equity funds.
- Manage the investor reporting calendar, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Supervise capital calls, distributions, and complex waterfall/carried interest calculations.
- Collaborate closely with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and audited financial statements.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting templates, dashboards, and standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
- Identify and drive the implementation of process automation and system enhancements (e.g., Investran, eFront) to streamline the entire reporting workflow.
- Partner with the investment and executive leadership teams to provide strategic ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or Master’s in Finance is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in fund reporting, operations, or fund administration, specifically within private equity, asset management, or investment banking.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams on complex reporting workflows.
- Deep understanding of private equity fund structures, GAAP/IFRS standards, and SEC regulatory reporting requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue Systems, or Geneva).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, external auditors, and Limited Partners.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CAIA are strongly desired and will be given preference.
