Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized and engaging tutoring sessions for students ranging from Primary to Junior College levels (Primary, Secondary, JC, IGCSE, or IB).
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus and individual student requirements.
- Monitor student progress regularly through assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Prepare students effectively for major examinations, including PSLE, O-Level, A-Level, and international IB assessments.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment to boost student confidence and motivation.
- Communicate effectively with parents to discuss student performance, homework assignments, and learning goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience or strong academic knowledge in teaching relevant subjects (Primary, Secondary, JC, IGCSE, or IB).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, reliable, and committed to maintaining a consistent attendance schedule.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and paces.
- Relevant degrees, diplomas, or teaching certifications (e.g., NIE, University degree) are preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a mandatory background check (Police Check) as required by educational standards.
