- Conduct high-quality, personalized 1-on-1 home tuition sessions.
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with the student's current school curriculum and learning pace.
- Simplify complex concepts in subjects such as Mathematics, Sciences, English, or Humanities.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Prepare students for major assessments, including PSLE, O-Levels, A-Levels, IGCSE, and IB examinations.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and encouraging learning environment.
- Track attendance and record detailed progress notes for each student.
Kualifikasi
- Strong academic qualifications with a proven track record in the subject(s) taught.
- Prior experience in tutoring Primary, Secondary, JC, IGCSE, or IB curriculum is highly preferred.
- Exceptional command of the English language and relevant subject matter expertise.
- Must be a responsible individual with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- Patient, empathetic, and capable of adapting teaching styles to different student personalities.
- Must be based in Singapore and possess the legal right to work as a tutor.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both students and parents.
