As a Private Home Tutor with us, you will have the opportunity to work with students across various educational levels, including Primary, Secondary, Junior College (JC), IGCSE, and the IB curriculum. We are looking for individuals who are not only subject matter experts but also mentors who can guide students through their educational challenges with patience, empathy, and a results-oriented approach. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Provide comprehensive academic support across Primary, Secondary, JC, IGCSE, or IB subject areas.
- Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Help students improve study techniques, time management, and exam preparation strategies.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and encouraging learning environment during all sessions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding student performance and academic goals.
- Stay updated with the latest Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus requirements and international curriculum standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in private tutoring or formal classroom teaching.
- Strong academic credentials in the subjects you intend to teach.
- Familiarity with Singapore MOE, IGCSE, or IB curriculum frameworks is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to long-term student success.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible teaching schedule.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
