- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each child's learning pace and style
- Teach core subjects (English, Math, Science) using age-appropriate methodologies
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and guardians
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages active participation
- Adapt teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs and challenges
- Prepare students for school exams and standardized assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss achievements and areas for improvement
- Stay updated on current educational trends and child development best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience tutoring children aged 3-12 years
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate learning techniques
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
