Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in private wealth management.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and events.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with investment teams to structure tailored wealth solutions including portfolio management, estate planning, and alternative investments.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing, including presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance value proposition.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Mentor junior sales associates and contribute to team development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CFP) preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in private wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring high-net-worth clients.
- Strong network of contacts within the affluent segment and intermediaries such as family offices and trust companies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management products including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with regulatory requirements in Singapore (MAS guidelines) is a plus.
