Rapsys Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRO-Application Maintenance/Production Support professional to join our dynamic IT team in Malaysia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting production systems to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance. You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to resolve application issues, implement enhancements, and drive operational excellence across our data analytics platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production support environments, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving incidents, managing changes, and implementing preventive measures to minimize system disruptions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide production support and maintenance for enterprise applications, ensuring 24/7 system availability and optimal performance
- Monitor application systems, identify issues, and implement timely resolution of incidents and problems
- Implement and support data analytics applications, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy application changes, updates, and new features
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop preventive measures
- Manage change requests and maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing activities
- Interact with end-users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting data analytics applications
- Proven experience in production support or application maintenance roles
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service management processes
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is highly desirable
