Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive application and technical support for STAr probe card products
- Diagnose and resolve complex testing issues in semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Develop and maintain application documentation, technical manuals, and training materials
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify product improvements and new application opportunities
- Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting for customers using STAr products
- Train customers and internal staff on proper probe card usage and maintenance
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor testing or probe card applications
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with customer support and technical documentation development
- Familiarity with STAr products or similar probe card technology preferred
