AAC Technologies is a leading provider of sensory experience solutions with the goal of building the future of interactive sensory technologies. We are currently seeking a talented Probe Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of test fixtures and probe cards essential for our R&D processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our sensor products meet the highest standards of precision and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and validate custom probe cards and test fixtures for semiconductor and sensor characterization.
- Perform detailed electrical and mechanical testing using automated test equipment (ATE) and benchtop instruments.
- Debug complex test setups and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure 100% yield and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to refine test procedures and optimize product performance parameters.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recommend design improvements to the engineering team.
- Document all testing procedures, results, and technical specifications accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in probe card design, semiconductor testing, or PCB test fixture development.
- Strong knowledge of schematic reading, PCB design, and signal integrity analysis.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and automated test systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative engineering team.
- Familiarity with IPC standards and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
