Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process optimization projects to enhance probe throughput and manufacturing yield.
- Utilize digital transformation tools and data analytics to monitor and improve machine performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues during the wafer probing process.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality output.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on defect reduction and cost-of-ownership optimization.
- Monitor equipment health and coordinate proactive maintenance schedules with the engineering team.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential areas for automation upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically within probe or wafer sort operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (JMP, Python, SQL, or Tableau preferred).
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and wafer-level testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives in a factory environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with a focus on logical problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
