Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Lead and mentor shift teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve equipment and process issues
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to drive operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Train and develop team members on new technologies, processes, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams or shift operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and probe testing operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
