- Analyze and document existing hospital processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive workflow analysis across clinical and administrative departments
- Perform advanced data analytics to extract meaningful insights from operational datasets
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop actionable performance reports
- Design and implement process optimization strategies using Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Create and maintain data models for reporting and predictive analytics
- Present findings and recommendations to hospital leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis or data analytics in healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data standards a plus
