Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
- Document equipment performance, maintenance activities, and process parameters
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of fabrication equipment
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential improvements
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Stay updated on the latest semiconductor manufacturing technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication equipment maintenance or support
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and calibration procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and protocols
