- Monitor, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor equipment in post-wafer fabrication areas
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related equipment issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Collaborate with engineers to implement process improvements
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
- Support equipment installation and qualification activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and process automation
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments with proper PPE
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
