Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards and operational procedures
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with established quality and operational standards
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality and operational goals
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to standards and recommend corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex operational problems
- Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
