Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and sustain daily production processes for Etch equipment to ensure optimal output and yield.
- Analyze process data and conduct root-cause analysis for any process deviations or equipment alarms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting process stability.
- Assist in the execution of engineering experiments (DOE) to improve process capability and reduce cycle time.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of process modifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance logs.
- Support shift handover procedures and communicate critical process updates to the production team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom operating procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, specifically within the Etch module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts as required by the production schedule.
