We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate Engineering II to join our team based in Ipoh. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes by monitoring manufacturing operations and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and minimal defects.
- Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform regular quality inspections and ensure adherence to ISO quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, production reports, and operational logs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and GMP guidelines.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on process procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems, statistical process control (SPC), and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and manufacturing execution systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
