We are looking for a dedicated Process Auditor to join the Worldwide Steel Group, Inc. team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by identifying process gaps, recommending strategic improvements, and maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in industrial processes. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our workflows, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement, and collaborating with various departments to implement best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and random audits of manufacturing processes to ensure strict compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Identify process gaps and non-conformities within the steel production workflow and operational procedures.
- Analyze performance data to recommend actionable improvements that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, summarize findings, and present recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities and track the resolution of identified issues to ensure closure.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices during all audit activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in process auditing, quality control, or a similar role within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes of inefficiencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems or other industry certifications is highly preferred.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
