Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools (e.g., RPA, macros) to reduce manual effort.
- Integrate third-party systems and internal databases to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high availability.
- Maintain and update existing automation frameworks and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions to help teams adapt to new automated processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process automation or system integration projects.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex process issues.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
