Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, document, and map existing business processes to discover opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows using industry-standard tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripts).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Monitor the performance of automated processes, troubleshooting errors and optimizing for speed and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all automated workflows, system changes, and process improvements.
- Assist in the training of end-users on new automated systems and updated operational workflows.
- Analyze operational metrics to track the success and ROI of implemented automation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business process improvement, automation, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation tools and cloud-based integration platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or VBA) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
