- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable automation workflows using cloud-based platforms.
- Integrate AI and machine learning solutions to streamline data processing and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automated systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Document process flows and automation architectures for knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement rapid, data-driven resolutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process mapping, automation engineering, or workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
- Experience working with data integration, APIs, and handling unstructured data.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business automation.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
