Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of EPIC software experience OR hospital billing operations
- Proven track record in process coaching within BPO or healthcare settings
- Deep understanding of healthcare billing cycles and insurance protocols
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex billing issues
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in healthcare information systems (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
