AMMAN is currently seeking a highly skilled Process Control Engineer to join our Combined Cycle Power Plant team in Sumbawa Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our power generation facilities.
As a Process Control Engineer, you will be responsible for the integrity of our Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. You will play a key role in optimizing plant performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing upgrades to drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems within the Combined Cycle Power Plant.
- Perform regular calibration and configuration of field instrumentation, including flow, pressure, temperature, and level transmitters.
- Troubleshoot control system malfunctions and lead root-cause analysis to minimize plant downtime.
- Manage technical documentation, logic diagrams, and loop drawings to ensure system accuracy.
- Implement safety logic improvements and system upgrades in accordance with industrial safety standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all control equipment.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on control system operations and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in process control, specifically within a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) environment.
- Proficiency in major DCS platforms (e.g., Emerson Ovation, Siemens PCS7, or ABB).
- Deep understanding of P&ID, control loop tuning, and functional safety standards (IEC 61511).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure operational environments.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work on-site in Sumbawa Barat and handle rotating shifts if required by operational needs.
