Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
- Perform detailed process simulation using industry-standard software such as Aspen Plus and HYSYS.
- Conduct mass and energy balances to optimize process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Participate in feasibility studies and site surveys to gather technical data for design projects.
- Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and control engineers to ensure integrated system design.
- Conduct safety reviews, including HAZOP and HAZID studies, to mitigate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process design, preferably within the EPC or oil & gas sector.
- Proficient in process simulation tools (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, SuperPro Designer).
- Strong understanding of process safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
