Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for industrial facilities
- Perform process simulations and feasibility studies using industry-standard software (HYSYS, PRO/II)
- Develop equipment specifications and datasheets for critical process components
- Conduct safety and risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID) to ensure compliance with international standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project integration and implementation
- Prepare technical documentation including operating procedures and validation reports
- Support commissioning activities and process troubleshooting during startup phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process design engineering
- Proficiency in process simulation software and engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards (ASME, API, ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Experience with safety analysis methodologies (HAZOP, FMEA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
