Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end NPI (New Product Introduction) lifecycle for enterprise-class servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment.
- Define and document manufacturing processes to ensure optimal production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global design teams to provide 'Design for Manufacturing' (DFM) feedback during the early development stages.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for any production bottlenecks or quality escapes.
- Oversee the setup and validation of production tooling, test equipment, and assembly fixtures.
- Monitor production KPIs, including yield, cycle time, and throughput, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Train and support production staff on new procedures and technical changes implemented during product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an NPI or Process Engineering role within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electronics assembly processes, PCB handling, and system integration.
- Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO standards) and Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, or SQL).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse, cross-functional teams.
