Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes
- Conduct trials, pre-engineering studies, and verification and validation activities to ensure process optimization
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement through automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems into production environments
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry best practices
- Train production staff on new automated processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process development or automation engineering
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA, and industrial control systems
- Experience with process validation and verification in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
