Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and optimize cleaning and surface treatment processes to ensure stringent quality and productivity targets are consistently met.
- Establish and maintain process standards, work instructions, and control plans (FMEA, SPC) for all assigned cleaning operations.
- Conduct deep dive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and minimize manufacturing costs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, R&D, Maintenance) for new product introductions (NPI) and process scale-ups.
- Evaluate and qualify new cleaning chemistries, equipment, and technologies to meet evolving product and sustainability requirements.
- Provide technical training and guidance to production technicians and operators on standard processes and troubleshooting protocols.
- Generate and analyze engineering reports, presenting data-driven recommendations to management to drive strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing process engineering environment, preferably in electronics, optics, or glass manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of wet chemical cleaning processes, aqueous/solvent cleaning, or plasma surface treatment.
- Hands-on experience with statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk).
- Proven track record in leading FMEA, 8D problem solving, and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949 quality management systems is a strong plus.
