We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our engineering team in establishing and optimizing cutting-edge manufacturing processes within our state-of-the-art facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lithography equipment, ensuring the highest standards of production yield and quality. You will work closely with Process Engineers to transfer new technologies into manufacturing, analyze process data, and implement continuous improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Support Process Engineers in the development, transfer, and optimization of new lithography processes and equipment setups.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lithography tools (e.g., Steppers/Scanners) to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor critical process parameters in real-time and conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and improve yield.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment faults and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and quality standards (ISO 9001/13485).
- Document process changes, maintenance logs, and technical reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen) to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically within Lithography or Photolithography process development.
- Strong understanding of photolithography principles, chemical safety, and handling procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and process flowsheets.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) tools and data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Valid medical certificate and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
