Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize chemical or biological processes.
- Scale up laboratory processes to pilot plant and commercial manufacturing scale.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Document all experimental data, process parameters, and technical reports in compliance with GMP.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to drive project milestones.
- Perform risk assessments and implement controls to ensure process safety and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in analytical instrumentation and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
