Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize wafer manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with quality and yield targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with equipment engineering and maintenance teams to ensure high machine availability and reliability.
- Manage process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data logs in accordance with ISO quality standards.
- Lead yield enhancement initiatives through statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Provide technical support to production teams to address day-to-day manufacturing issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technologies and wafer fabrication equipment.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data visualization software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
- Ability to work shifts or provide on-call support as required by production needs.
