Are you a detail-oriented engineer looking to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment? TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our team in Loyang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing innovative materials, and ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous root cause analysis.
You will work on a 12-hour shift pattern, playing a pivotal role in maintaining consistent throughput and reducing operational costs. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on data-driven decision-making and is passionate about refining technical workflows to meet global electronics industry benchmarks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve manufacturing process yields and product quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing methods and materials to enhance operational efficiency.
- Author, review, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production floor activities.
- Conduct systematic root cause analysis (RCA) for process-related defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor production line performance metrics and proactively address bottlenecks or quality deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-reduction initiatives and resource optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards within the cleanroom or production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical process control (SPC) software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S).
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift pattern, including nights or weekends as required by operational schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead process improvement projects effectively.
