As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing operations through the application of Design of Experiments (DOE), implementing new methods and materials, establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and executing process changes. Your expertise will be instrumental in reducing costs and resolving root causes of process-related defects, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across all production lines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to analyze process variables and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Identify and resolve root causes of process-related defects through systematic problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new methods and materials
- Monitor process performance metrics and report on key performance indicators
- Train production staff on new processes and ensure compliance with established procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone diagrams, and 5 Whys
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour shift schedule
