Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, process flow diagrams, and control plans
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale new processes from pilot to full production
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor process KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, SolidWorks)
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
