This role requires a proactive problem-solver to develop cutting-edge Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage Bill of Materials (BOM) systems, and resolve complex technical challenges in real-time. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles, conduct root cause analyses, and validate process parameters. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize semiconductor production processes to enhance yield and reduce costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing stages
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) systems to ensure accurate resource allocation and inventory control
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting production efficiency and product quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate new process parameters and equipment integration
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement data-driven corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or high-tech manufacturing
- Proficiency in developing Standard Operating Procedures and managing Bill of Materials systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing root cause analysis
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (etching, deposition, lithography)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology
