Are you a detail-oriented engineer looking to drive operational excellence? We are partnering with a leading industry player in Simpang Ampat, Penang, to appoint a skilled Process Engineer. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, responsible for optimizing manufacturing workflows, enhancing product quality, and implementing sustainable process improvements that drive significant business impact.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Design, run, and upgrade systems and processes to ensure maximum productivity and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Prepare comprehensive process documentation, technical reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage cost and time constraints to ensure project delivery aligns with business KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in a process engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
