Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
- Design and conduct experiments to validate process changes and improvements
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process efficiency and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancement in manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
